Free & Effective Anti-Virus & Anti-Spyware for Windows

Tired of being asked to shell out cash for the anti-virus software that came with your new computer last year?  If so, then look no further.  I’ve been using Microsoft Security Essentials for almost a year now, and it has been doing an excellent job.
